VOLUNTEER TEAM OF THE YEAR BCV were the winners of the Volunteer Team of the Year award at the 2018 Volunteer Star Awards for Staffordshire, a fitting accolade in our 25th anniversary year.

BCV is celebrating 25 years in 2018! Here is a look-back over the last 25 years to give an idea of the wide range of tasks that we have worked on.

Kedleston Hall

Kedleston Hall "bottom pond" near the Hall. Wellies useful. Meet outside Burton Town Hall 9.45am for car share (or minibus if available).

Broome Farm weekend, Herefordshire - our annual camping and working weekend on a cider farm.

Tues 2nd Oct 7.30 pm Staffordshire Wildlife Trust talk: 40 Years of Watching Wildlife: the Winners and Losers by Dave Emley. Venue: All Saints Church Hall, Branston Road. Cost: adults £2.50, children free.
